Product Warranty
Frames — 1-Year Warranty: covers material and manufacturing defects. In case of confirmed defect, free frame replacement.
Free Form Progressive Lenses — Manufacturing Defect Warranty: free replacement for confirmed manufacturing defects (delamination, optical defect, coating failure).
Return Conditions
- Glasses must be in their original condition, undamaged
- Original packaging must be included
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (except for manufacturing defects)
- For confirmed manufacturing defects, return shipping is covered by Advanced Glasses
